TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket to this workshop, you agree to the following terms.

1. Tickets

Tickets are $495 per person and include entry to the full day, all workshop materials for the hands-on bridal bouquet session, and any take-home items provided on the day.

Tickets are non-transferable to another date but can be transferred to another person. To transfer your ticket, email us at least 7 days before the workshop with the new attendee's name and contact details.

2. Cancellations by us

If we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop, for example due to low numbers, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future date. We'll let you know as early as possible if this happens.

3. Cancellations by you

Tickets are non-refundable if you choose to cancel or are unable to attend, including for illness or personal circumstances. We're not able to offer credits or refunds for no-shows. If you can't make it, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else under the terms in section 1.

4. Minimum numbers

This workshop requires a minimum number of attendees to go ahead. If that minimum isn't reached, we may reschedule or cancel the date, in which case section 2 applies.

5. What to bring / wear

Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothing you don't mind getting a little dirty. Floristry involves sharp tools (secateurs, wire cutters, floral wire) and you'll be working with them directly throughout the day.

6. Health, safety and liability

You take part in this workshop at your own risk. While we take reasonable care to run a safe session, we're not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where this can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Please let us know in advance of any allergies, injuries, or conditions that might affect your participation.

7. Photography and filming

Photos and video may be taken during the workshop for use in future marketing, social media, and educational content. If you'd prefer not to be included, please let us know in writing before the workshop and we'll make sure you're kept out of shot.

8. Course materials

Workshop content, including any handouts, slides, pricing tools, and demonstrations, is the intellectual property of Leah Mitchell Floral Education. It's provided for your personal use and isn't to be reproduced, recorded for resale, or shared outside the workshop without permission.

9. Age

This workshop is intended for attendees aged 18 and over. If you'd like to bring along someone younger, please contact us first.

10. Privacy

Any personal details collected as part of booking (name, contact details, dietary or access needs) are used only to run the workshop and contact you about it. We won't share your details with third parties without your consent.

11. Force majeure

If the workshop can't go ahead due to circumstances outside our control (extreme weather, venue closure, public health restrictions, etc.), we'll work with you on either a reschedule or a refund.
